INTERIOR DESIGN

If you want to update your kitchen, bathroom, rejuvenate the family room or a reimagine a whole floor plan, I can help! I will work with you to clearly establish your needs and create the home of your dreams.

Full interior design service includes:

  • A personal consultation to get all the project details. I will ask you questions about your objectives, your lifestyle, design style, etc.

  • Room(s) measurement

  • 1st scheduled presentation:

    AutoCAD scaled remodeling and/or furniture plan

    Color scheme & mood board presentation

    Budget estimate 

  • 2nd schedule presentation:

Revised autoCAD floorplan following feedback 

Revised color scheme and moodboard

  • 3rd presentation: 

    List of specific furniture and accessories to purchase and links

    Detailed budget and timeline

    Furniture, material and accessory buying (optional)

    Project coordination and supervision of the work until completion

ROOM STYLING

If you’re on a tight budget and want to revamp one or more rooms with new wall colors and/or a few new pieces of furniture and accessories, this is for you!

Room styling service includes:

  •  A personal consultation to get all the project details. I will ask you questions about your objectives, your lifestyle, members of the family living in the home, your preferred design style, etc.

  • Color scheme & mood board presentation and one round of revisions 

  • Specific furniture and accessories suggestions

  • Furniture and accessory buying (optional)

HOME STAGING

If you want to sell your house faster and at a maximized price, I can help enhance it aesthetically and make it more attractive to a wider range of buyers. 

Home staging service includes:

  • Assessment of the house, objectives and budget. This meeting should take place in presence of the real estate agent.

  • Color scheme and moodboard presentation with one round of revisions

  • Detailed budget and timeline

  • Project coordination and supervision until completion
