Slate hexagone mosaic floor, subway tile, shiplap walls.
Bright and sophisticated colonial home of Princeton Junction, by Stone & Oak Interior.
In 2009, we bought a beautiful victorian six unit building in downtown Montreal. We lived in a small studio for two years, then moved into the “penthouse” for another two years. We loved living downtown and being able to walk everywhere :)
We renovated a couple of units over the years and learned a lot from it!
This little 500 sq. ft studio was completely remodeled by taking down two baring walls to make an open concept apartment. Even though it’s a small home, every space is carefully designated to maximise space and to make it fully functional: entrance with mini mudroom, living room, kitchen, breakfast bar, laundry folding section that serves as a food preparation counter as well, a full bathroom, a king size bed and a dining/studying/office space.
